Based on your history of ejaculating within 10–15 seconds after penetration, you are likely experiencing premature ejaculation (PE). The good news is that PE is a common and treatable condition. Regarding the medicines you mentioned: Tab Argivate is generally a nutritional supplement containing ingredients such as L-arginine, which may help improve blood flow and is more commonly used to support erectile function rather than ejaculation control. Cap Astasaf Forte is an antioxidant supplement. It may support general reproductive health but has not been proven to specifically treat premature ejaculation. These supplements are unlikely to correct premature ejaculation on their own, especially if your main problem is ejaculating within 10–15 seconds despite having a good erection.
Next Steps
The most effective treatment depends on whether your PE has been present since your first sexual experiences (lifelong) or developed later (acquired). For a detailed evaluation and personalized treatment plan, you may connect with us at 9 3 1 5 6 6 1 5 6 5. We will assess your condition comprehensively and guide you with an individualized approach to improve ejaculation control and sexual confidence.
Health Tips
Avoid rushing intercourse, spend adequate time in foreplay, maintain regular exercise, get sufficient sleep, and manage stress. Communicate openly with your partner, as reducing performance pressure often helps. Do not lose hope—the majority of men with premature ejaculation improve significantly with the right combination of treatment and counseling. Thank you

To answer your question directly: No, Tab Argivate and Cap Astasaf Forte alone are unlikely to cure primary premature ejaculation (ejaculating within 10–15 seconds of insertion). Tab Argivate typically contains L-Arginine, an amino acid precursor to nitric oxide that aids penile blood flow to support erectile firmness. Cap Astasaf Forte contains antioxidants (such as Astaxanthin) designed to improve overall cellular health, vascular support, or sperm parameters. While these supplements support overall sexual health and erectile quality, premature ejaculation (PE) is primarily a neurobiological reflex issue involving central serotonin pathways and hypersensitivity, not a lack of blood flow or antioxidant deficiency. True ejaculatory delay requires treatments specifically targeted at central neurotransmitter regulation or local sensory sensitivity.
Next Steps
Consult a Urologist or Sexologist for Evidence-Based Regimens: Schedule a consultation with a specialist who can prescribe established, FDA-approved or guideline-recommended therapies for PE. Discuss Pharmacotherapy Options: On-Demand SSRIs: Ask about Dapoxetine, a short-acting Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor specifically designed to be taken 1to 3 hours before sexual activity to significantly delay the ejaculatory threshold. Topical Anesthetics: Discuss using over-the-counter or prescription Lidocaine/Prilocaine sprays or creams applied to the glans penis 10  to 15 minutes prior to intercourse to reduce penile hypersensitivity. Incorporate Behavioral & Psychological Techniques: Combine medical treatment with proven sex therapy exercises, such as the "Stop-Start Method" or the "Squeeze Technique," to retrain your body's arousal response and build ejaculatory control over time.
Health Tips
If you use a desensitizing spray or gel, always wash it off thoroughly before penetration or use a condom. Otherwise, the anesthetic agent can transfer to your partner and cause unwanted numbness. Address Performance Anxiety: Ejaculating within 10–15 seconds often triggers intense anticipatory stress before sex, which speeds up the nervous system and makes premature ejaculation worse. Reducing anxiety through open communication with your partner and unhurried foreplay is a critical component of successful treatment. Do Not Abruptly Stop Prescribed Supplements: Keep taking your current supplements if they were recommended by your doctor for overall wellness, but ask your doctor to add targeted, evidence-based ejaculatory delay agents to your treatment plan.

Premature ejaculation (ejaculation within 10–15 seconds after penetration) can often be treated successfully, Argivate (L-arginine supplement) and Astasaf Forte (antioxidant supplement) may support sexual health, but they are not standard first-line treatments for premature ejaculation
