If there is recurrent pus discharge from the tooth, it is better to go for extraction. Please share xray for better treatment planning.

Hello 1) If left untreated then it might spread. 2)For multiple cavities get appropriate treatment done based on severity 3)If pedodontist has evaluated with x ray , if there is frequent infection even after treatment then kindly proceed with extraction as suggested by your doctor, followed by space maintainer for back tooth

Hi, Please share any X-ray if taken. If the dentist has recommended tooth extraction, then go ahead. Antibiotics will subside the infection, but the source of the infection needs to be treated.
