Pus cells in Urine
As part of my routine check up I gave urine sample in that it shows that pus cells 3-5 and Epithelial cells 2-4 I don't have any symptoms. Do I need to worry or ignore those values ?

You need not take any action for this. 3-5 pus cells and 2-3 epithelial cells can be due to contamination of the urine sample. Since you don't have symptoms you need not take any further action.

If no symptoms have developed you don't need to worry much. Drink plenty of fluid atleast 3 litres of water daily and maintain Perineal hygiene. For further discussion you can consult me online.

It is within  normal value of pus cell in urine. However there is possibility of developing urine Infection later. So maintain genital hygiene. Drink  a lot of fluids
Next Steps
consult doctor if you develop any symptoms like fever,  urinary frequency,  urgency , burning micturition
