Pulse rate
My pulse rate ranges from 62-79 bpm for today, yesterday my pulse rate gone till 90 bpm. I am not doing any kind of exercise. Took ecg and tmt before 7 months which were normal. Sometime heart rate flacuates. Can i have heart blocks or should i worry about the flactuating heart rate.?

Heart rate always fluctuates as per the quality of work u are doing Like it's minimum in sleep n max when u are working out. It should not bother u if there are no complaints

It's normal to have this range of fluctuations in pulse rate. Do you have any other symptoms like palpitations or anything. Need more details.

Heart rate varies with position also Can increase with anxiety 90 is normal so don’t have to worry about it
