Pregnancy is known to cause tachycardia ( high pulse rate)
However , thyroid disease, anemia etc are few of many causes which can also cause add-on tachycardia.
Next Steps
Check the blood for Hb and thyroid value.
If abnormal , get it treated.
If the high pulse rate is symptomatic i.e if it is associated with fatigue , breathlessness, chest pain etc please see the doctor.
