Get your Thyroid profile, CBC done. Pregnancy itself may cause some tachycardia. Please share the test results with your Gynaecologist.

Hi , Pregnancy is known to cause tachycardia ( high pulse rate) However , thyroid disease, anemia etc are few of many causes which  can also cause  add-on  tachycardia.
Next Steps
Check the blood for Hb and thyroid value. If abnormal , get it treated. If the  high pulse rate is symptomatic i.e if it is associated with  fatigue , breathlessness, chest pain etc please see the doctor.
