Pulling pain in lower ab and anal reg
Hi,
I have hemorrhoids that started after pregnancy. I take fibogel everyday and I have IBS as well.
Today when I pooped, I had to push a little for complete excretion and there was a severe pull like pain from the rectal area to lower Abdomen for about ten minutes. I could not sit after that for a while as out was painful. More internal pain. Not external. I have no bleeding no pus and externally it looks alright except a few hemorrhoids that I have always had. Can this be due to exertion , or piles ? This is the first time I have felt this pain though. I had myself examined by a gastro a month back and it was alright. I'm anxious. Do let me know what this could be please.

It might be a fissure in ano most commonly as there is no bleeding and you have only pain during defecation,
Consult a general surgeon
Tab hifenac -P 1-0-1 × 3 days
Ointment cremagel local application over anal area ,20min before passing stools and after stools also
Sitz bath 2 times a day morning and evening
