Puking after eating maida/nonveg/oily fo
Since last year i am not being able to eat anything from outside.. last year i had covid and then kidney stones and probably fatty liver also.. when i eat anything that's made of maida or nonVeg ( i was a pure vegetarian before) or any heavy food item.. it's almost certain that I'll have a bad digestion for the days to come.. when i eat maggi or momos or noodles as they are made of maida, i end up puking.. its like this type of food is self rejected by my body and it's hardly able to digest a single bite of this type of food in 3-4 days.. but when i eat normal daal sabji items everything remains normal.. i am confused what should i do

Hi., I can understand your concern. It's the way that our body shows what's bad for us. It can be due to allergy., It is better to avoid those items and stick with veg diet.
