Puffiness !?
Every morning after waking up, I feel puffiness & sleepiness in my eyes, even though my body is not tired. This is constant & persistent so is this an eye problem or do I need to consult some other specialist?

If its non painful puffiness, ice will help in resolution. If its red or painful, you should consult with an ophthalmologist. Increase water intake and decrease salt intake!

Get adequate sleep. Keep yourself hydrated. Try ice compresses

Mild puffiness is normal but if it is associated with systemic symptoms related to renal disorder better consult physician and ophthalmologist
