Puffiness in upper eyelids
Can hypothyroid cause puffy upper eyelid? My lower eyelid is normal. My tsh is 6.5. Also, any cream to lower upper eye puffiness.

Are you sleeping well, do you exercise, do you use glasses if your eyes are weak. If not then please first modify your lifestyle. Avoid makeup on the eyelids for few days. Wash your face with water and apply your preferred face cream before going to bed. Use sunglasses whenever out in sunlight.

Hi, Hypo can cause generalized swelling of the body as well as eyes , hence may be puffiness. It is best to control the condition with the help of Endocrinologist , the TSH level looks more, but I may not be the right person to comment on it. improve in general thyroid control should sort this out.
