Hello, puffiness can be due to Hypothyroidism or from disturbed sleep. You can treat them both with Homoeopathy medicines permanently & naturally. To know more & for any other concern you can call us or reach us online.
Yes it’s more of stress related issue . But still get your thyroid and kidneys checked up. Get CBC thyroid lipids kidney function test and liver function test to rule out any pathology. Puffiness is due to water retention . Insomnia or sleeplessness at night is due to thoughts running in brain. Please understand as body brain too need some rest . The moment you give rest to Brain you will sleep. So it need slight change in lifestyle. Consult a psychologist online or offline
Is ur TSH under control. Is there any itching? Do u have diabetes problem. If ur TSH is normal n no diabetes n u have no other apparent symptoms, then it can be because of thyroid. Even when TSH is under control. U may have puffiness around ur eyes. It is very normal which increases when u don’t sleep well. As u have mentioned, u don’t sleep well, why? As it can be a cause.
Also bags under eyes are common as u age. With aging, the tissues around eyes, including some of muscles supporting eyelids, weaken. Normal fat that helps support the eyes can then move into lower eyelids, causing the lids to appear puffy
