Firstly congratulations for fighting epilepsy successfully. You have already won half the battle as for now. I want you to go back to those 3 times when you had epileptic fits & understand exactly the situation behind it's occurrence. Find out if the fits occurred under same circumstances & for same reasons. What exactly happened when you were under the spell..?? Were you alone & outside your house when it happened..?? Let's go through everything & integrate these experiences. Once you study & understand the external factors thoroughly; lets pay attention to the inner dynamics. If your neurologist feels that your inner situation has improved & you are ready to sustain without medicines; you are ready. The medicine you have been consuming last 7 years has worked & altered you in a way were you aren't epileptic. Now that your body has let go of this experiencing, your mind as well need to let go of it. Mind may let go only when it gets a chance to go out freely, face all the fears and confirm that they aren't valid anymore. Solution would be to begin going out in similar situation with family or friends. Every time you face your fear, affirm it to yourself that the fear is baseless. Eventually you shall let go of all fears & negative thoughts. A professional can readily help you through the process. Consult one if you see the need. Good Luck & Take Care.
