Unlikely. There is no terminology called outgrown. Pruning of synapses are rapid during early adolescence and they slow down later. In majority ADHD symptoms disappear during adulthood some persist. Schizophrenia during childhood onset likely persists for majority for a long time mostly life time. Good luck
