Dear Patient, Thank you for sharing your concern regarding the protruding and hard upper part of your stomach. This could be due to a variety of reasons, including gastrointestinal issues such as gastritis, bloating, or even changes in abdominal fat distribution. Given that there has been no change in your diet or lifestyle, it is important to investigate further to rule out any underlying conditions. I recommend a thorough evaluation to determine the exact cause of your symptoms. This may include physical examination, imaging studies, and possibly blood tests to get a clearer picture of what might be going on. Please feel free to reach out to me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two to schedule a consultation or for any additional advice. Your health and well-being are my priority, and I am here to assist you through this process.

For indigestion and bloating, try remedies like ginger tea, chamomile tea, peppermint oil capsules, activated charcoal, probiotics, and digestive enzymes, as well as avoiding trigger foods, eating smaller meals, and practicing relaxation techniques like deep breathing.

Please consult a General Physician in your area for a physical examination. It is much better than the guesswork of the Doctor giving Tele-consultation. Frankly I could not make out anything from your description. I am not aware if the navel can be adjusted.
