Your urine culture showing Proteus mirabilis confirms a urinary tract infection. This bacteria requires a specific antibiotic based on the sensitivity report, so the right treatment can only be prescribed after reviewing which antibiotics it is sensitive to.
Next Steps
Please share the sensitivity report with your doctor so the correct antibiotic can be prescribed. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

Your reports indicate Urinary tract infection. Nitrofurantoin is usually resistant to P. mirabilis, in vivo.
Next Steps
1. Do an ultrasound of abdomen (kidneys, ureter and bladder) to exclude internal cause. 2. Take Injection Gentamicin in the dose of 1 mg/per kg/three daily. If your weight is 50 kg then take 50 mg of Gentamicin, three times daily for 5-7 days. 3. Alkasol Syrup, 2 tsp, three times daily.
Health Tips
Take plenty of water.

Start an antibiotic according to the culture sensitivity report if available. For uncomplicated symptomatic UTI, common sensitive options may include: 1.Nitrofurantoin (often Proteus is resistant, so verify sensitivity) 2.Cefixime 3.Amoxicillin-clavulanate 4.Ciprofloxacin (only if sensitivity confirmed and appropriate)
