Proteolytic enzymes
I had a L5 S1 micro discectomy 1 year back luckily now I am totally fine. I have started exercising but still there is slight discomfort in the toes. Wanted to know if proteolytic enzymes can help me in any way. Thanks.

Proteolytic enzymes won't be of much help to you.
Ur symptoms prompt to presence of higher disc/inadequate disc removal..
Uneed to be examined again by an orthopedician..
