Protein Supplementation
I am 20 years old and my height is 5ft 5inch with 65kg weight ! I've been gymming for almost 2 months and i exercise about 5-6 days a week ( moderately heavy ) . As i am a vegetarian and my basic protein intake is limited to Paneer and Soya , is consuming protein powder supplement in adequate quantities healthy ? Thank you in advance !

There are lot of protein sources : milk, curd, buttermilk, paneer, dals, sprouts, whole pulses like rajmah, channa. Nuts are food source of protein & good quality fat. Seeds like till, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, water melon seeds, kalongi are again good source of proteins & other micro nutrients. Combination of cereal & pulse/ diary will give you a first class protein e.g curd rice/ dal roti/ roti sprouts etc
Next Steps
Avoid soya since its high in phytoestrogens which might interfere with your hormone cycle.
Health Tips
Restrict protein powder. it's not natural & hence not adviced if your protein requirements can be met with natural food products
