Need med. and supplement for weight loss
My age is 23 and my body weight is 94 kg and height 5ft 11 inches i consult a dietitian they prescribed me only diet plan did not found diet plan that much impact-full i need some advised medicine and supplement protein please provide me a good and faster way i walk more then 8000 steps a day

I understand that you want to loose weight quickly but being a dietitian I also want to let you know that if you will reduce weight through healthy ways you have to be patient because quick weight loss might makes you more satisfying and happy but when you quit the regime you are following your weight will be bounced back more than that what you had earlier. Advising any medicine or supplement is not worthy for just only weight loss, if you are healthy individual without any other diagnosed medical conditions, nutrients deficiency then go for weight loss with diet and exercise. Because unnecessary all these recommendations may cause other health issues later. I don't recommend supplements if one can have natural foods through oral route. Apart from Medicine, supplement, weight loss protein powder, there are so many healthy ways through which you can reduce your weight. I had my clients who reduced their weight being Grade 3 obese as 112kg and end- up at 75kg-80kg. Go for healthy  low carbs ,high protein ,high fiber diet. Good...you r doing a walk on regular basis Along with  that  you should do some cardio, stretching.,strength training No medicine or supplements are recommended for  weight loss

You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet.Drink plenty of water every day.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely.Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you.

I totally understand your concern. And I am glad that you are aware about your obesity and want to lose weight. However as a dietitian , I would never recommend any pills for weight loss. Weight loss and weight gain are related to many factors.
