Protein supplement
Hi, I am a breastfeeding mother and wish to know which protein powder I can consume while breastfeeding. Also can we take collagen supplement also, please suggest which one?

You can have Shatavari granules or mama Protein X 1scoop with milk twice a day. Along with this make sure you include galactose like jeera ajwaen, methi, garlic ginger, makhana, dry fruits ,millets ( bajra, ragi in diet ), sattu, rajgeera green veg, Coconut  can be taken. Ayurvedic   Shatawari gulam a jam type two tsf twice a day . Shatawari granules two tsf in milk. Methi in ur idli,dosa,curries,is a healthy protein. Greengram soaked overnight ,cooked is also healthy protein. Almonds walnuts,figs,are good for health. Spinach,greens,methi greens are good source of proteins. Simplestsource of protein  is cow' s milk,ghee,freshly prepared curds.
