Give one full egg on alternate days. It's an excellent source of protein, iron and other minerals,BUT has a lot of cholesterol too. At this age, give just 2 milk feeds using a glass, stop breastfeeding if given, and 4 solid meals a day. No,urinary frequency has no relation to protein intake,if it's accompanied by burning or is persistent, get a urine test done.
