Prostate cancer
My father is diagnosed with prostate cancer in last year february. He
is undergoing treatment from Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai (all
reports attached) is continuously undergoing ADT and is injected with
Triptorelin every 3 months, in between in Oct-16 he was given EBRT to
pelvis to a dsoe of 66.25Gy/25# with Rapidarc on Novalis from 26/09/16
