I would like to have an idea about the diet that I should follow to build muscles and lose fat. I have been working out lately I have lost some what 7 kg of weight in last 4-5 months, I have lost fat from almost all the other areas but the tummy fat is still a area of concern for me,I am not eating any junk food and only eat that food which are good as per my knowledge so I would like to have an idea of what should I do to lose belly fat along with improving my strength and developing lean muscle.
