Problems related to ocd and panic attack
I have been diagnosed with ocd and panic attacks so I was prescribed 3medicines betagal -c 0.25, flyup 40, and nervistrong. But due to lockdown I'm not able to find these medicines and my situation is getting worse everyday I feel like breathless even though my breathing remains normal, it's like one last gulp of breath and it really frightens me. Anxiety related medicines are not available In pharmacies even in normal days. For now I'm using zapiz but it isn't helping much. Kindly suggest some medicines which can be easily available

To obtain these medicines you’ll need a proper prescription. To obtain a prescription you’ll need to consult a psychiatrist who will discuss, assess & evaluate your condition and then prescribe appropriate medication. E-prescriptions are also valid and many online pharmacies are operational during lockdown.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist.
