Permanent teeth at the place you mentioned erupts at the age of 7-8 years. Kindly visit a dentist nearby for thorough evaluation.

If no treatment for space maintenance was done at that age, then nothing can be done at this point of time other than waiting for the permanent teeth to erupt...... the permanent successors for the upper front teeth will erupt somewhere around 6 to 6.5 years of age..... Regards....

Well the two front teeth lost at that age were Milk teeth (deciduous) and the permanent teeth at same place erupts at an age between 7-8 years. Better consult a nearby Dentist and get a X-Ray done that will help to determine the present condition of the permanent teeth.
