Problem with eye contact.
.When i talk with people i can't control my eyes from looking at their private/inappropriate parts and i0t's been 2 years .One day i was staring at girl's private part but didn't know what i was doing because i was deeply thinking about something.Suddenly she saw me.Then i came to my conscious mind and felt very ashamed.Since that day i've got this problem.Since that day i've got this thought and fear that i can't control. I heard that it is related to OCD. Nothing seems to help.Please help me.
