Fear to talk with peoples
Hello, Now while I'm walking on the road, I talk to one of the five members and they are running in my mind because I'm afraid that I won't remember talking to them. In order to keep the mind free, it is wise to go without talking to anyone. If I talk, they all go around in my mind and I get stressed. Like that happening from lot of years what could be the reason ?

It seems like you've been carrying the weight of these anxious thoughts for quite some time, and it's perfectly natural to want to keep your mind free from the stress they bring. The repetitive concerns about conversations and memory can be a symptom of social anxiety or obsessive-compulsive tendencies. It's important to recognize that you don't have to face this on your own. Speaking with a therapist can be incredibly beneficial. They can help you better understand the root causes of these worries and provide practical tools to manage them. Therapy is a safe space where you can explore these concerns and work towards a more relaxed and balanced state of mind. Remember, seeking help is a courageous step towards a happier, more fulfilling life. I encourage you to book a session with me at the Unfiltered Psychotherapy Centre. We can work together to address these thoughts and bring peace to your daily life. You deserve the support and guidance to overcome these challenges, and I'm here to help you every step of the way.
