Problem Shoulder & Elbow
Having problem in right shoulder and right elbow, problem is since September in shoulder and might be due to playing badminton and last month pain started in elbow too and it's become more painful to bend hand sometimes, had physiotherapy session for my shoulder too and was much better but not recovered fully and now pain in elbow started so की day suggest me what to do?

Dear Sir, I can understand your problem. Badminton players usually have Shoulder pain due to rotator cuff tendonitis, impingement or SLAP tears. However it is difficult to know unless examined by a shoulder specialist.

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must.

Bro it could be some unhealing tear in shoulder muscle,  get your self examined by a expert shoulder surgeon.

If the pain is at the outer part of elbow it might be tennis elbow. Show a physiotherapist in ur area asap.
Next Steps
Buy a tennis elbow splint and wear while activities. It will help you a lot. Apply ice twice daily over your elbow.

rest your hand, ice, exercises, tennis elbow splint.. ultrasound therapy for elbow ,strengthening exs for shoulder $ elbow.. mobilisations will help you ..

Hello. You didn't mention your occupation, sometimes happen due to recurrent activity of hand like typing, playing badminton, writing.It can be tennis elbow but detail assessment required.So meet physiotherapist.About shoulder pain you have to find out root of the pain if posture related than correct first posture and do exercise regular, strengthen the muscles.
