I am on a medication for 1 year but can't able to conceive. I have done several test such as HSG and ultrasound follicular monitoring. HSG test report shows my left tube has fimbrial blockage..but my right tube is fine..I am not having irregular periods.but still I am unable to conceive..is fimbrial block the reason for not conceiving or I have to opt for another treatment
Pls help me

The treatment of infertility is always prolonged and it needs lot of patience. So many patients don't conceive inspite of best efforts.
These cases go to the next stage, that is IUI.
If that also fails then they go for IVF (test tube baby).
So you need lot of patience for treatment of infertility.
