Hi, Looks like your grandmother is having back pain due to osteoporosis which has now resulted in wedging collapse fracture of one of her vertebra. Her pain can be controlled, with injections and with medicines. She would need a consultation. Vitamin supplement injections and drugs to increase bone density will continue
