Hi
Your concern is you are not able to concentrate. You get into an imaginary world and you start talking to yourself. It is necessary to know what is causing lack of concentration and focus. Don’t worry about going into an imaginary world and talking to yourself. It is okay to go into an imaginary world as long as it is not affecting concentration and daily routine.
You want to be able to concentrate and live in the present. It is necessary to determine the root cause of lack of concentration. A psychologist will determine the root cause of lack of concentration. If you are stressed or anxious about something you can talk about it with a psychologist. With a psychologist you can also talk about your lifestyle, eating habits, water intake, caffeine intake, and sleep pattern. A psychologist will help you improve focus and live in the present. Don’t worry counselling sessions will help you.

Hi... This usually happens when our mind is preoccupied with something that is of importance to us. It might be anything related to career, family, relationships, finances, future, etc. When we are trying to focus our mind on something but our heart is somewhere else. The best way to resolve it is to identify the exact cause of such ruminations and address them from the root. Meditation and breathing exercises may help, along with following a healthy routine.
