Problem after Braces
As i completed 15 months period of braces, i want to know that after 4-5 years will my teeth again come in the shape as it was ?

Get done one removable retainer worn for 6 to 8 months in nte time and get one fixed retainer done from dentist

If you wear retaining plates or if the dentist puts a permanent retainer in place then no problem.  Don't worry.  Follow your dentist's advise properly.

After braces treatment there something called as relapse where the teeths  tries to come back to its original shape so u have to get a retainer done in order to prevent it which is worn for either 6 months ,1 year or life long depending on the case .
