Private part problem.
In my scrotum & penis very pain .In my scrotum left side of the egg is swallen.through penis drop of urine come out .Due to big size of scrotum .Where there is hair above the penis is also pain.

After reading your query.....I suggesst you must get a checkup done from a good Homoeopath or A Urologist, also you may require to get a Sonography done to come to the Diagnosis....
