You can follow a structured self assessment such as - penile curvature (noticeable bend during erection)
Feel hard lump or fibrous bands under the skin of penis( best done during flaccid state with gentle pressure) ; pain during erection (especially in early stages) ; any difficulty with penetration or erection.
