Cure for SCROTUM itching

Respected Doctor's🙏🙏 I used cetaphil moisturizing lotion twice on scrotum for itching and dryness.But after searching on internet I came to know using moisturizing lotion like cetaphil on scrotum makes it enter the bloodstream because of the thin scrotum skin.I wanna know whether using cetaphil moisturizing lotion on scrotum enters bloodstream ?? Please please reply 🙏🙏I am really scared now.Awaiting replies

So while going to bed at night remove your clothes for proper blood circulation and it also helps in keeping that part moisture free.
