Premature grey hair(90% grey) at 16 yrs
I am 16 years old and has developed greh hair since i was 12(not genetically)... I've Been trying kinds of methods to try and control it but it has only grown more... I need help as its making me loose my confidence. Thank u.

Try to eat a protein rich diet.. if possible you can use egg hair mask.. oil your hair properly..
if no changes.. then get evaluated... for the cause of greying of hair

Consult a skin specialist and may require input from endocrinologist.
Skin specialist also see hair problems.
