Hello, usually sensitivity during pregnancy is because of frequent vomiting and acid reflexes, which takes away enamel from the teeth surfaces. Here are few tips for you
1. Keep sipping water frequently
2. Rinse your mouth thoroughly after every acid reflex and vomit
3. Do not brush immediately after vomit.
Coming to desensitizing toothpaste, e.g vantej use it only if u r feeling too much sensitivity ,and for not more than a month, twice daily and only after a consultation with a dentist,as there can be cavities in the teeth giving sensitivity which needs procedurally treatment rather than desensitizing toothpaste.
Wish you a good health and happy pregnancy.
