Hi,
Use of an antisensitive toothpaste and an fluoridated mouthwash will help with your sensitivity.
However the cause of the sensitivity has to be taken care of for long term relief.
Calcium suppliments will not help cure sensitivity.

Avoid eatinf extreme temperatures foods for few days and start using toothpaste vantej for 2 weeks. Apply this paste on the teeth and leave it applied for 10minutes and rinse with water. Don't use the paste regularly. Use it alternatively with your routine toothpaste. Have a healthy smile. Stay safe.

Good evening. There is no evidence which startes that post covid you will have sensitivity. You need to visit your nearby dentist to evaluate the exact cause. May be the teeth which were restored(filled) previously may have some secondary caries or issues related to tooth brush abrasion. Sensitivity is something which is not related to lactation as well, and neither related to the oral calcium intake. Hence it would be our suggestions, do not ignore and visit a nearby dentist as soon as possible. So that the things are evaluated clinically. Thank you.

Dear Patient
Tooth Sensitivity is common and can be treated. So don't worry. The calcium supplements will not help treat sensitivity of teeth. The treatment will depend on the source of the problem. For example Treatment for tooth sensitivity ranges from filling to topical solutions.
But if you are looking for long term relief complete checkup and treatment will be required.
