Pregnancy with no symptoms at 8 weeks
My LMP was on 20 oct. I have regular cycle of average 25 days. I have two missed miscarriage in this year. After consulting doctor this time I got a positive result by IUI procedure. I have a low AMH of 0.60. But till now I don't have any pregnancy symptoms. I am afraid of having an another miscarriage. My doctor said to see him on 28 Dec. I am very curious to know is everything ok with me or not. I am regularly taking the medicines: folvite, fol123, gastofit, ecosprin and zincovit. I have also taken the medicine penvir for 7 days. Please let me know is it normal to have no symptoms or should I worried? Should I go for an ultrasound ASAP?

You should undergo TVS (Trans vaginal sonography) for embryonic cardiac activity.
Although your UPT is positive, You may not have a symptom of pregnancy. It is ok, but you should do TVS as per your LMP.
