Pregnancy w/ Endometriosis & Adenomyosis
I'm diagnosed with Endometriosis and Adenomyosis. Doctor has advised to go for Laparoscopy before planning for pregnancy. I would like to know if I can skip Laparoscopy for Endometriosis and opt for Pregnancy first and later treat Endometriosis post pregnancy. As per MRI report I have Large Endometrioyic cyst in the left ovary and possible changes of endometriosis in both ovaries. However, I don't have any symptoms such as heavy bleeding or missed periods, blood clots etc. My periods are regular every month which lasts for 4-5 days and I don't require to take pain killers. Please suggest the best treatment for me. As one of the doctor said, laparoscopy might destroy egg count in the future. As of now my Serum AMH report shows 3.96 which is not bad it seems. Please help me.

Try for pregnancy. Sometimes you may find it hard to get pregnant with these problems. In that case you will have to go for laparoscopy to conceive
