Pregnancy unexplained bleeding
Spouse is 18 weeks 4 days pregnant. She is having unexplained vaginal spotting from last few days on and off. Did ultrasound baby is fine ,no placenta or cervix issue as per doctor. Whenever she is having spotting she cramps for 10-15 mins shooting like pain in pelvis region and then she has one drop of spotting and then pinkish discharge and then after some hours white discharge.it has happened 4 times in last 7-8 days. Shooting like pain is 3-4 level out of 10. She had implantation bleeding and one time bleeding after pap smear done during pregnancy.she is in US.we are unable to find root cause.

She is in the USA . It is unlikely that some clinical examination or investigations could have been missed. However the cause of such bleeding should be found in the vagina. A speculum examination and even a colposcopic evaluation is indicated.

She needs to be examined Go fr a perspeculum examination to rule out erosion cervix or a polyp

Kindly meet doctor in-person, get her vaginal examination done At times every thing seems to be normal, but still patient complains of spotting on/ off
