My partner last period was 10 april on 8
may next period cycle should be started
but not started and we test for
pregnancy but got negative so is there
any changes of getting positive.

You didn't tell whether periods are regular or irregular. You didn't mention the date of intercourse.
However now you should get sonography of Lower abdomen and consult with a Gynaecologist on Practo with the report.
