Bleeding after 10 days of my period
Since last 2 month I bleed in the 10 th day after my period, light bleeding with light pain in the lower abdomen, my ultra sound sonography is normal, pap smear test also negative. I feel no pain during intercourse, some month I notice irregular period also, my bp is75 /115. 10th bleeding stay 1 to 2 days, I am 40 years old house wife, I have a 8 years girl child, Please help me.

May be hormonal  imbalance, take more leafy vegetables, fruits,plenty of water, proper sleep,and reduce ur stress

Be relax u r quite normal as per u r reports mentioned by you ,avoid anxieties, worries , overthinking ,think positive ,increase liquid suppliments and avoid over load of domestic works

Irregular periods can occur when the ladies are nearing menopause for first few years. You should discuss it with your mother about her menopause history. Other reasons could be stress, medication or sudden life style changes.
