When there is confusion in urine pregnancy test you can always do a blood beta HCG test to find out whether there is pregnancy or not

Firstly do blood test for beta hCG to be sure. The condition, you are mentioning is likely to be "Biochemical pregnancy". Many women who are trying for pregnancy, sometimes find urine test initially positive and then negative. This is unfortunate but can happen.
