Pregnancy sleeping positions
I am 35 days pregnant, am not getting proper sleep. Is sleeping in right side or on back affects pregnancy.? I get sleep only if i sleep on right side or chest facing down. But this position is not allowed. So atleast right side can i?? And while day will go good but after evening my stomach start aching like gas filled or it will fell like blast noe or like preiods coming? Is this ok? Please help, lost already 2 pregnancy

Sleep the way u want Sleeping on left lateral position is advisable as it increases blood flow to the baby Hv small frequent meal Walk after each meal Avoid spicy n fried food That will help
