Hi, I had a scan at 6 weeks 4 days, and heard heartbeat again at 7 weeks 2 days - 143 bpm. Now no scan till 12 weeks - is that okay, scan to be so far away? How do I know everything is okay inside please?

You can't get repeating the ultrasounds very frequently to check if everything is ok or not
Next ultrasound would be done only after 12 weeks
