In case of cholestasis of pregnancy, Upto maximum how many weeks baby is safe in the womb? I'm 34 weeks pregnant. My SGOT is 235 and SGPT is 542. I'm taking udiliv 300 thrice a day. My doctor suggested me deliver on 37+ weeks. Please suggest.

No doubt increase in SGOT and SGPT is not good .....but strict watch ur fetal movement....and also start tab liv 52 ..... injection betnasol after consulting ur doctor.....to mature fetus lungs...

You need to monitor your baby movements.
Do talk to your doctor regarding steroids for lung maturity of baby.
