Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am 14 weeks pregnant now. I have swelling on my foot which comes in the evening. Along with this I am feeling pulse or some kind of blood flow on the right side of my head. My BP is normal and even the sugar level is also normal. Please let me know whether this is a condition to be cautious about or whether it is a normal thing.
