Dilated internal Os at 14 weeks pregnant
I experienced some spotting at 12 weeks pregnant which stopped almost immediately. Today I'm 14 weeks and went for review. The baby is fine. However,my internal Os has dilated by 0.9 cm. The doctor advised a one week bed rest then go for review. He suggested a stitch incase the internal Os will not have closed on its own.
Kindly guide me, is there a chance for it to close on its own?

yes your doctor advised appropriately..
rest and supportive medicines are much helpful.follow the advise and no harm in having a stitch on cervix and continuing pregnancy instead of having an abortion at this stage..
dont worry.. gud luck..
