Pregnancy related query
Hi .. I am a 37 years old woman planing for my second pregnancy . I have obesity. I have a regular period and ovulation cycle. I have been trying to conceive from past 6 months but did not succeed. I have done all the necessary tests and found o don't have PCOS or Endometriosis problem. My gynaecologist has prescribed me Letroz 2.5 from the 3rd to 7 th day of my cycle and Duphaston 10 mg from the 16 th to 25 th day of my cycle for 3 months. Now my question is since my reports are all right how many cycles will it take for me to get pregnant?

Ovulation induction like with letroz increases chances of follicular maturation. It depends on multiple factors to conceive. So practically every patient's profile is different as per how many cycles will be required. Some may get pregnant in single others in multiple.
Health Tips
Maintain hygiene. Drink plenty of water. Eat healthy full mixed diet.

What is your AMH? Your age is against you. So it is very difficult to predict how many cycles it will take for you to become pregnant.
