I took hmg 10000 injection to fertile egg early and right on time..after that I followed all the instructions which was given by doctor..till now there is no symptoms of pregnancy my date is on 31st..so it's normal or there is no chance of pregnancy??plz help

Were they planning an IVF after ovum pick up or was it to facilitate a natural conception ?
If it was for a natural conception then you should have tried the ovulation test.
You can't get any symptoms when ovulation occurs.
