I m 24 weeks pregnant i had dine my amnioctesis and ngs test which are nrml cma is also nrml nut in scan its shows right kidney gross hydronephrosis amd left kidney moderate pyelectsasis scan doc says prob os not that ki jiska treatment nhi hai its can be cured after delivery when baby will born genetic doc furst sugeest to terminate pregnancy then said to consult pedeatric surgeon what shoul o do as my dual marker karotype both me and my husband with my placenta test all are normal plz try to answer my question as this is free consultation plz my scan reports are attached

Hi! As genetic evaluation is normal, it's probably a physical problem where some kind of block in the urinary passage is causing swelling in kidneys .
Nothing needs to be done / can be done immediately. Keep following with ultrasounds. As long as the kidney is not losing its function and amniotic fluid is adequate, we can wait till term and then evaluate after delivery.
If any time, amniotic fluid starts decreasing , or kidney appears damaged , early delivery sometimes may need to be considered .
Ususally, these conditions are reversed and treatable after delivery
